Based on this detail, Piggy can be described as whiny.

His whininess is just one of the reasons that the boys neither respect nor listen to Piggy. HE complains the boys are acting like children, which, of course, they are. His whininess contributes to Piggy being an outsider, along with his glasses, weight, and asthma.
